What Should You Do With Your GoPro Camera Footage?

I own a GoPro. You probably own a GoPro. Their cameras have retained the top spot for the best-selling digital image camera for a while now and GoPro is a company whose revenue just keeps growing and growing.

Their portable, lightweight, high definition cameras are durable, waterproof and don’t require a complicated set of instructions to use. They are pretty much idiot-proof – you point and shoot. Simple as that. And the affordable price tag is what really seals the deal. Unsurprisingly, they hit millions of unit sales every year.

I may sound like an ambassador for GoPro right now, but I assure you I am not! I am trying to demonstrate the point that the company sells a lot of cameras and it’s more than likely that either you or at least someone you know owns one of their cameras.

Do You Shoot Video On Your GoPro?

With the ability on the latest GoPros to shoot video up to 4k resolution, it more than just a camera for stills. If you own a GoPro you have most likely shot video.

The users of the new GoPro Quik video editing app more than tripled in 2016 compared to the previous year. There is a real desire to edit videos, and on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, video is becoming more and more present.

But not everyone wants to be an editor and often this footage gets neglected and left doing nothing on a computer hard drive.

So What Should You Do With This GoPro Video Footage?

Have you ever considered getting SOMEONE ELSE to edit the footage for you? This morning I put together a very simple edit of some GoPro footage I found on my computer from an old snowboarding holiday. I filmed a total of 8 clips during that ENTIRE week. Not a lot. This is the video:

As you can see, it doesn’t take a lot of perfectly crafted and planned shots to make a cool video that you can share with your friends and family and on social media. As I said before, I only filmed 8 clips. EIGHT!

So what I am trying to say here is – SEND ME YOUR FOOTAGE!

I can look at your camera footage (it doesn’t necessarily have to be a GoPro) and give you a video editing quote with no obligation to use my services if you aren’t happy with the price. I can create something like the above video for as low as $50US (project dependant).

So if this is a service that interests you, get in touch TODAY!

And if you are looking for something with a little more graphics or more in depth editing, no problem. I can work to your needs to find a solution that works for you.
